It's called Feng Shui (fung shway) 

 Feng Shui is the ancient Chinese art of placement. In real estate, we've all been taught to believe that location is everything, and that's true, but there's more to it than meets the eye.

I've studied both traditional and westernized schools of feng shui and now, after so much success both personally and in private consultation, I've made it a strong component of Top Producing Techniques. The bottom line is this: real estate agents can use feng shui to bring them more clients, greater wealth and better health.

I know many real estate agents who have read about feng shui to help sell a listing, or perhaps worked with Asian buyers and needed to know how to meet their needs, and this is all wonderful, but practically no agents I talk to are using it for thier own businesses! This is just plain crazy!

The truth is that our entire universe is made up of energy. There is energy you can see and feel, like your cup of coffee, and energy that you can't see but can feel, like joy or sadness. Nevertheless, whether you see it or not, energy is vibrating all over the place and more and more scientist are exploring the possibility that this invisible energy is actually millions of times stronger than the energy we can see and feel. consider electricity...you can't really see it, but that doesn't mean it can't shock the crud out of you!

My many years of study in psychology, hypnosis, and quantum physics taught me all about the invisable energy of emotion and I was able to help people immensly with the techiques I taught. But still, there seemed to be something missing. Then, several years ago, I began my studies in feng shui and things fell into place like a dream.

Feng shui simply helps us work with the invisible energy in our environment.  You see, all this time I was focused only on the energy of our emotions, and trust me, that in itself can move mountains, but when you add feng shui, those mountains almost move on command! No kidding.
